I was very pleased with SERVPRO of West Akron's work on my water-filled basement. They men did their work promptly. Buddy was very pleasant and answered any questions I had.

Hello, my name is Tim, my wife and I realized we had a flood in our basement at 10 PM on a Thursday night, we called SERVPRO, thank goodness in did. They were there in within a few hours. They took care of everything I didn’t have to do anything. They were very professional and respectful of my concern and handled everything from drying my basement out, to removing all the items that were ruined from the flood . They even made a complete list of everything that got ruined so I could turn it into my insurance. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing such a great job.

SERVPRO was great.  The factory was wet due to a busted water line after a car went through the wall.  It was a weekend and the water ran for hours before an employee happen to stop by.  I called and they responded very quickly.  They got the water issue handled and battened up the gaping hole on the wall.  Thank you for taking the pressure off on a stressful situation!
