Flooded Basement
Our crews were called out to a home this summer that had a broken well water pressure tank valve and flooded their finished basement. The homeowner was on vacation for a week and came home to their whole home being destroyed. Not only was the basement filled with water 5 feet high, but from the moisture in the warm air, there was mold on every ceiling of the tri-level home. Our crews had to pack out all of the homeowners belongings, demo all the affected walls and ceilings and remediate all the mold. Once the whole house was dried out and cleaned it was time to restore the home back to its original look. "Like it never even happened!"
