Mold Contents

The invasion of water into your home or business can result in mold growth if your structure or contents are not properly dried. Water can enter your home from storm damage, plumbing failures, long-standing leaks and even poor humidity control. When water is not addressed right away and sits for a period of time the damage can present increased risk of mold growth. If the humidity and moisture levels in a water-damaged environment are not properly dried and the environment is not returned to normal,  mold spores may grow and multiply. As you can see in the before picture there was water damage to this basement and it wasn't properly dried, so all the basement contents were damaged by mold. In the second picture we cleaned as much of the contents that were salvageable and the unfortunately had to throw out the rest that were to severely damaged by the mold.
